I gave it a spin but it is really a "PAINT" program rather than a photo-editing program
Still has a few important bits missing

I forgot about Canon Digital Photo Professional which is up to Ver 4 and 64 bit

You can download it and use it even if you do not have a Canon Camera ( there is a little trick )
I still prefer Fast Stone -- it will eventually also get "layers"
