WANTED: Custom made Metal Discs

Looking for anyone that could provide metal discs with dia of 25mm and thickness of 3mm.

There is possibly a weight required but I will add that spec later.

It can be done with a punch but then the 1 edge will be a dit rounded and the other edge will be sharpish. Same as a flat washer.
