    Speak to Ridwaan at SATactical Institute in Durban. He has a nice web page and decent prices.

    I know he stocks surefire.

    Really limited stuff available at all on the other websites. Seems we may still be in the position where the local stores aren't importing this. There definitely doesn't seem to be M600's available, or M300's. Pretty kak when your local industry doesn't import the top of the line stuff - but maybe it doesn't make commercial sense.

    Other than many other reasons they are not stocked is that afaik it is very difficult to import flashlights with lithium batteries from the USA. Most Surefires are packaged with some sort lithium battery.

    I was considering taking the plunge to try and get two modlite PLHV2s from Brownells but did not take the lithium battery issue into account. Ill contact Sandy and ask if it is possible, maybe ask to remove the batteries from packaging.
