Czech nymphing upped my success rate but more than that, the average fish was significantly bigger. I put that down to fishing faster deeper pockets of water.

Spent some time on the water and caught a few fish on fly. I'm not hooked, I will use it occasionally. But il still be using my ultra light spinning setups , loads of fun. I'm glad I didn't invest too much into the equipment.

Fly fishing is addictive so be careful! check out xplorer fly fishing website they have so good into rods and reels. I would start with a 5wt its a good all rounder for the vaal.
