    I receive a 'No records to retrieve for your selected reference number...' whenever I try on the SAPS site and yet someone who helps with motivations was able to get the information that my Competency is at "Received at competency section'.
    It's been 129+ working days.

    Any idea why I can't pick up the info myself?

    Am I possibly just entering it wrong?

    Common problem:

    For competency you need to put a capital C infront of the reference number
    A small c will not work, nor just putting the number without any C infront
    So eg C12345678

    My Google play store is United States I don't know why or how that happened.
    I've tried numerous times to fix that, without success. I don't know how to log a ticket or chat to a live Support Technician, I'm not sure if that's even possible.
    I'm asking if you have a link or file via email or WhatsApp for the APK file for this application?
    Or any advice to directly contact Google play store so that they can change my store to South Africa.

    QUICK UPDATE: My Google Play Store is sorted. I've managed to download the app, does it automatically check for Competency as well or only license applications ?
    I've submitted my Shotgun and SLR competencies about 4 weeks ago. I went to the Police Station yesterday, the Sergeant checked on his system he says it's being processed. He also said they DO NOT send out SMS's anymore for "received by DFO" etc.
