My app show 14 days on my approved firearm(approved 05/06/2020)...it would be nice if it told me how many days since it's been approved so I can see how long the card is taking ..

There isn't a realistic way for me to track when a card is to be printed and when it has been printed.
So it would just keep on counting on ad infinitum.

Hmm, so there was a sudden explosion of new users on the app. Along with a lot more people I got a lot of 1 and 2 star reviews. Comments like:
"Can't see anything, no results."
"Saw app on gosa page thought Id give a try. Ate huge amount of data."
"just keeps loading"
"How is my app on 700 business days if it's only been in for 2 months?"
"Installed app, see no icon."
Anyone here have similar issues or know what they might be talking about? I have contacted each, but I have had not feedback.

Works great. The number of days error experienced, as well as most others, are probably user error.

Very unfair reviews. The app has been perfect for me. In the last month it's used 23 MB which is not much considering I have 2 applications loaded and have the updates set to hourly. Only time it hasn't worked is when the SAPS website is down which is obviously not the fault of the app and the app makes it very clear that the SAPS site is down.
Bad reviews are either from tech illiterate people or, as oafpa says, GFSA trolls. Maybe both
