OK but when I checked on the saps website I do se the progress on so I want to know how many steps do the license of firearm goes and if you have a diagram can you please share it with us. I hv put my progress from saps website

Hi, Is there perhaps a blank entry on your screen?
If possible, could you take a screenshot?

Ok, so internally the application checks if you've already added an application with the same details - either by reference number, serial number or ID number;
Do you mean to say that the application isn't showing any items on the list and yet complains that you've already added an item like that?

I've tried to add two applications today. Obviously the same Id no,just different serial numbers.

This is the message. I submitted two apps today. Only one works, as soon as I try to add the other firearm (With my ID no) it rejects with above mentioned message.
