Jip until any regulations is gazetted its no regulations and you cannot call on it do justify your actions.

Stay safe follow the letter of the law even when you might not agree; should you be found foul of current legislation you are in a world of poo.

Yes you may later win in court but is it worth the while? and your firearms may be confiscated for your effort.
    I agree 100 %. A long wait ahead.

Hunting is not prohibited, cross-border travel is in general prohibited under L3. It seems like DEFF was at the point of permitting cross-border travel specifically for subsistance hunting purposes. What's unclear is the "gazetted status" of yhat regulation.

So the point is, the Chasa letter means nothing...we need to wait for the gazette and hope they allow the travel.

I tend to agree but are you willing to debate this from behind bars and your rifle in SAPS safe ?

Again you may win in the end is the effort worth the while ?

And still are you willing to bet on what has been said by the spokespersons of what ever Guberment agency's and knowing they will not be next to you in the bench and there is no regulations to back you?
