How much biltong / dry wors from a blue wildebeest?

I recently shot a 26" Blue Wildebeest bull where the carcass at the butcher weighed 114kg.
Received 16.5kg biltong, 21.5kg droewors and 0.5kg chilli bites - all dried. Didn't keep any steaks etc.
Seemed reasonable to me.

Ja but there is dry wors as well, no need to be fussy there. Then butcher is going to add at least fat, maybe even some pork or beef and spices. So should gain some kilos there.
Normally the ones I have used give a detailed breakdown of what went where, even down to packaging costs.

If wors was made for braai prok is added. For Dry Wors you do not want raw Pork meat in it. Thats not a healthy recipes to eat raw pork.
