    Assuming that was to remove the A2 front post and fit another low profile gas block and fore-end?
    Removing that A2 can be a bastard of note... The barrel nut as well.

    I paid R870 last year in CPT to remove my A2 front post and install a low profile gas block, free float fore-end, muzzle brake as well as a trigger! So yeah I'd say it is fair, maybe slightly on the pricier side but not outrageous!
