    How do you know your shot is 100% level without a bubble level? Your bullet could be lower on the one side than the other.

    It doesn't actually make that big a difference at normal hunting distances in my opinion. It is easy to see a slope in the crosshairs. Enough practice and a well-setup rifle, you correct it automatically without knowing it.
