Being a relative newbie on firearms (yes, I'm a desktop security guy LOL) I've been frantically trying to find Glock 17 vs 17 Compact comparisons etc.
The number for SO is going to voice mail at the moment too.

Yeah, the 17 Compact is actually called a 19. S&O have screwed the pooch in a few ways in that catalogue. Apparently CZ's are made in Sweden according to a few of their flags

    I believe a Glock 17 compact is a G19. And a Glock 17 Sub Compact is a G26.

So if your starting a new company. The firearms will be part of the company assets. So you can write of depreciation on it. You can also claim the VAT on it.

As you will be an armed response company. Surely you need to have good firearms. As it will show the potential customers your serious.

If a security company comes to my house to offer service driving an old Fiat Uno with a Norinco pistol on their side dressed crappy. The conversation will end before they climb out of their vehicle.

    The hate is real..LOL
I'm waiting for the SO guys to get back to me regarding availability.
If all goes well we'll get the Glock 17 compacts.
PS: my partners are not amused...I've been accused of being a Glock snob that has no firearm.

    Glock 19 = Compact; Glock 17 = Full size; Glock 26 = Sub-compact. All in 9x19/9mmP.
And yes, Taurus's are really THAT shit.
