In my personal opinion, and based solely on my own observations of his behaviour and his publicised reactions to numerous events concerning and involving the SAPS, the man is a dangerous lunatic. I would not trust him to guard my car, let alone put him in charge of a bunch or para-militaries with a track record of corruption and violence.

the fact alone that the Cele-sponsored TRT has not been publicly caned and whipped for their indiscretions.... is enough in its own to be extremely wary of that psychopath.
