    Honestly the .577 does not kick that hard its more like a good shove.Lean forward and put your shoulder forward.I shot a exquisite Westley Richards owned by an old Ph in .600 and was quivering with fright of shooting the mighty gun but pulling the trigger it shoved back and I fell over but didn't at all mind shooting it again.A friend of mine has has a battered old .577 i will ask him to call if any would like ,he lives in Pretoria.
