Very nice!
I'm also busy with a .22 silencer, will post when it's done. The major issue is the cone baffles for an effective suppressor. I'm having them cut with a waterjet for the prototype, sample shown here:

Really cool idea, I'm making one this weekend out of a used cylinder from a laser printer and the baffle idea from here.
