I think there is a IPSC club in Newcastle. Go to www.sapsa.co.za and follow to Provinces - Northern KZN.

The closest IDPA clubs should be Ermelo, Durban or Kroonstad. Check SADPA website for contact details.

Peter i have the info on mapstone shooting club, they shoot IPSC, just outside PMB, richmond(baynesfield).

they sent me all thier info to join them last month.
