Sports adventure shooting Bush Weekend 2014

What a hunt!
Thanks for the enthusiastic participation guys.

It really was great sharing the bush experience with you all.

We went back to the mountain range and measured the distances:
Horizontal distance between shooting position and target : 265 m (according to GPS)
Vertical difference between the two :100 m (according to GPS)
Straight line shooting distance (According to Pythagoras) : 283 m

We missed Sean, Cordite, Bushboy and all our new Limpopo chapter members who could not attend due to various reasons.

Looking forward to next time.

My highlights- Sleeping in the bush, self sustaining. Running in the bush lane, next to like minded, motivated friends, knocking down paper plates. Tracking down a fleeing wounded 'poacher'. Shooting down the side of a mountain, and getting hits on a target the size of a 2l plastic bottle more than 300m out. Getting more hits on a metal plate using my iron sites over 200m down a mountain.
What a fun weekend.
