.22 rifle advice needed which one to buy

I've got a license app in for a Ruger 22. Same frame as the famous 10/22.

Anyone have an idea about Chiappa M1-22? Saw one at Huntex, looks like a bundle of fun!

would like to know about all the OTHER options and as i stated GUNSITE is the place
