You can Google Jacques and see he is legit when it comes to Martial Arts.
I take it, there is a difference between learning to defend against a knife vs. fighting with a knife and I think he teaches defending against a knife attack based on the Crazy Monkey martial Arts principles.
Apologies, I do say they state use your knife, so maybe it is both defence and offence.

For proper authentic knife training I highly recommend spending a week in Lavender Hill, Zola in Soweto or Wentworth. You can thank me later.
