I have on s.16 app which has been in for 112 days (and under consideration at CFR since 18/06) and another which has been in for 120 days!!! When I called in today I was told "... they are receiving lots of applications, so are behind with their processing". Wow, well if they worked regular business hours (and were efficient), this backlog would not be growing at the rapid rate that it is.

There have been a LOT of approvals I am aware of the last week or so.

It would appear that after the deluge of refusals (the unlucky 400) and our vehement complaints against these, that normal service has resumed...
