Re: Taurus TH9
Living with a choice is one thing. Dying because of it is another.
Cattle die, kindred die, every man is mortal:
But I know one thing that never dies,
the glory of the great dead.

Re: Taurus TH9
Ja, the part about printing plastic gun parts was actually a joke. No, it is not a viable solution. Everyone who knows a little about polymer guns should have figured that out already. Do you see anyone publishing the files for printing internal parts for pistols? Me neither.
You could just have stated in your first post that you bought the POS already and want some support for your bad decision. Why blatantly lie about the fact? Because you actually do know?
You would do well to heed your own advice...

Re: Taurus TH9
Your reply in itself would be funny if it wasn't so sad ........... yes the part about 3D printing was a joke and if you couldn't comprehend that then i am definitely sure that any further conversation regarding this matter would be pointless .... and any further explanation or response is not required as i have what i needed ......
Thanks everyone for your input

The Tata will work well for your requirement.
The sales person says it will go anywhere you need it to.
They say not to worry about the lack of dealerships up North as you won't need repairs due to the thing not breaking.
It is built like a tank...
The vehicle has a guarantee in place...
A different story when you need them and sitting next to the road.
You didn't mention how far into Africa you would like to go.

Re: Taurus TH9
Be fair , you would go with the Xenon for 4x4'ing, but to take the analogy further, most of the Tata's don't end up going into Africa. IE , the TH9 will probably not end up going to the range much or if it does we will not end up hearing about the breakdowns.
The man has been forewarned , if he is willing to take the risk, why not be happy that someone is willing to take this one on the chin on our behalf and test it out for us as he has promised?

I am curious to hear what the purpose of the original post was. Clearly your mind was made up and no amount of reasoning would change it?
