I load 3.5 gr mp200 for the 136 grain lead bullets. So Henka is giving good advice. Start on 3.3 gr s121 and work from there. Get hold of someone wirh a chrony before going with a heavier load.

I know necro post etc... would 4gr s121 on frontier RN 124gr be a good starting load? I know the newer batches are a bit weak but I do not want to start development too low. It will be a an OAL of 29mm for G19.

I run 4.3-4.4gr S121 on a Frontier 124 gr RN with OAL 27.5, for a power factor of about 132.

This is on a Shadow 1. The G19 might have a bit lower MV on the same load.

Your load sounds like an acceptable starting load to me.
