Well, I complain a lot and sent numerous emails, but on the 17/01/2022 I called cfr and asked a few questions and being very polite. I asked the guy who I talked to to whom can I sent a mail and he said I can email zimomn@saps.gov.za. I sent a friendly email to this person, explained why I mailed and all that stuff and if possible can perhaps provide feedback. Then came the next day my app started to move.

Like I said to Branden, it may be luck or it may have been the email, I am not sure but since my email or something my app has moved three times in less than a week. Where this according to my calculation should only have been completed in March.
