Buck n' Slug Day
A link to a great thread with some very good pics about a basic defensive shotgun class (no running and gunning here) sponsored by a club in New Hampshire. Very few who keep a shotgun loaded for defensive use have ever patterened it to see where it shoots with the ammunition they use in it. Patterning is a must-do if you want to know your shotgun. I know slugs are not really common in SA and I have never seen SG or SSG that used anythng like the new Federal Low Recoil (1100fps) Buckshot with the FliteControl wad...that wad is simply amazing! Note that at across the room distances you WILL have to aim a shotgun...enjoy (scroll down on the forum to find the thread, then click on it)
