Amazing guys, thank you! Well done winning yet another hard fought round against the CFR! For the court to have granted a cost order on that basis is about as bad as it gets showing it's distaste about a case, it has very high penal value for the loser!

The really irritating thing is...
We approached the State in June and offered to settle. THEY insisted on dragging this to trial. They promptly got their arses handed to them. And they have indicated that they will seek leave to appeal this judgement...

They have other peoples money available to fuck about in the courts and no capacity for being embarrassed at their incompetence being confirmed.
