Re: British Medical Journal: Ban Long Knives
If I may add something. I'm no Surgeon but treat a lot of stabbings as a Paramedic. 9/10 of all stabbings are committed with small folding knifes, screwdrivers and broken bottels.

Re: British Medical Journal: Ban Long Knives
There is no limit to the violence that I see. Women, children and men of all ages are being assaulted and murdered with a wide variety of objects in this country. I am involved in medical research in trauma and I see what violence people reap upon each other. Sjambok / blunt object beatings resulting in renal failure is common - should we ban trees because they grow branches which become sticks?
The problem is not the object. Its the person wielding it.
