Re: Farm worker shot dead by farmer
they should repost the article, with the security officials employment history and lets not forget to post his race as well
Very tired of race baiting media pricks in this country

Re: Farm worker shot dead by farmer
Its always some kind of bait (both ways).
I posted click bait so that I could start this conversation.
I would love to see this explained by anyone of any race.
If the security guy is Black (Most Likely) It would still be an issue of race but more so an issue of Value of Life. Farm workers get treated like shit and they get killed like dogs all the time. When will we realise that Murder is Murder and People are People? Nobody feels safe

Re: Farm worker shot dead by farmer
when its reported as exactly that, people being people and not racist farmers shooting workers when they didnt?
Im not saying farm workers are treated well, ill put money that people in every economic sector are treated badly
but the end of the day this article got so many clicks because its presumed white racist afrikaaner farmer, thats the reality of reporting in south africa.
I agree murder is murder, any semi educated human being understands and agrees with this, yet south african media prefer to spin a racial angle on events such as this
1) the farmer didnt shoot the worker, (as stated in headline)
second there is another thread on this murder somewhere on the forum

Re: Farm worker shot dead by farmer
lastly
it is impossible to speak of value of life in our country, as it simply does not exist
if it did, people wouldnt be stabbed for a cell phone or shot for a car
that is the reality of south african crime, across all demographics..
